Nobul are working in partnership with a market leading technology business who have experienced rapid growth within their field. With impressive offices in Manchester, they provide a SaaS solution that is currently benefiting clients such as Virgin Money and Cruise1st.
In this Customer Success Advisor role you will provide support for the company’s product and be the first point of contact for end-users. This is a technical customer service role where your product knowledge will enable you to provide first class customer service and ensure clients are getting the best out of the software.
- Well organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work-loads.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A positive can-do attitude
- Experience in a technology-based role with exposure to HTML
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
